Lincoln & Gilbert Requirements

To take advantage of the Lincoln & Gilbert collaborative, the emerging small business must be at least 51% minority-owned and controlled. Additionally, the applicant firm is required to demonstrate an unambiguous path to sustainable business growth. The most common indicators of growth potential:

  • Demonstrate a sales forecast of $5 million+ in sustainable annual revenues within 3-5 years 
  • Demonstrate potential to create a minimum of 15 permanent jobs within 3-5 years
